Request for support Ukrainian Armed Forces to know a combat situation that lets save soldiers' and peaceful inhabitants' life’s
Every day Ukrainian AF and other participators of Antiterrorism operation (ATO) have combat losses in Lugansk and Donetsk regions. On 15 of July, 2014, the official number of dead soldiers is 258, wounded is 922 and captured is 45. Additionally there are death among civilians – 298 passengers of MH17 and more than 500 dead and 1,500 wounded citizens of Ukraine.
To stop the undeclared war in Donbas that is conducted by Kremlin against Ukraine or, at least, to predict its development it's necessary to have intelligence about locations of enemy military units (checkpoints, camps, arms and so on) that are used in terrorist action against citizens or military action against government troops.

It is possible to obtained the proper data from satellite high resolution imagery (see fig. 2 and table 1). The selecting of a proper image is defined by on operational situation and temporal possibilities of satellites.
